This historic rehab is in a vintage building with lake views and was the perfect fit for our clients. We used our hospitality mindset to create spaces that are inviting and comfortable, but that are incredibly durable to keep up with three young children. Custom millwork throughout blends in with the existing structure, adding a timeless sophistication for entertaining. Pops of color in wallpapers and tiles add a modern touch and a bit of fun.
