This gut rehab of a Landmark Chicago Wicker Park home spared no effort to use as much recycled material from the demolition as possible. Created for a family that loves to entertain, the natural materials were a perfect fit. For any new materials purchased, it was critical to find products that respected the environment, and met the durability and aesthetic to match the client’s lifestyle. Renovation included a large rear addition and basement dig out.
